Nossa história

ConaCRM was born from frustration with CRMs that don't handle multi-tenant well. Business group managers, holdings and franchises needed a system that respected each CNPJ's individuality without sacrificing consolidated visibility. Meanwhile, freelancers and small business owners suffered from fragmented tools — one app for billing, another for contracts, another for customer support. Nothing talked to each other. ConaCRM was built to solve both problems at once: a platform that integrates CRM, billing, documents and communication in a single environment, with multi-tenant as an architectural pillar — not an afterthought.
